If you suspect that your ph29 account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ph29 support immediately via live chat.
ph29 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ph29 may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Wagers placed on games excluded from bonus play will not count toward wagering requirements.
ph29 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. ph29 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from abusive bonus play, and close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
ph29 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, provided those bonuses were claimed in good faith and in compliance with the applicable terms.

ph29 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph29 reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the platform or any part thereof at any time without notice.
You may close your ph29 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game round, ph29's server logs shall be the definitive record of the game outcome. ph29's determination of game outcomes, based on its server records, shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable PAGCOR review process.
ph29 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph29 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the ph29 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Both parties irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.
